Some of you will already know that Warren had a nasty crash today on the Wrekinsport reliability trial. He came down heavily when his seat cradle bolt snapped. He was taken to Shrewsbury hospital by ambulance with injuries to his head, elbow, stomach and hip. I have taken Jodie out to see him this afternoon and he has been x-rayed. Although the x-rays weren't back, they dont seem to think anything is broken. He is now awaiting a scan as they are concerned about the pain he has in his abdomen. I will post more news when I have it.

'Luckily' I'm doing the Wrekinsport Reliability on Sunday so I'll have to miss out this week UNLESS you would like to join me. Kay it's only 53 miles and there is only one small hill. Much better than all those 'mountains' in and around Ironbridge!!!!!

Having now attended 3 rides with newport cycle club I would just like to thank all members of the club for making me feel so welcome. Not having been a member of a cycle club before I feel very fortunate to have joined a club with such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.  Really looking forward to the spring and summer season not to mention the hills on the way to Ironbridge next Sunday!!! Ha Ha!

Many thanks, Kay x

Hi Graham,

I had not managed to log onto the members area until today. Robert told me that you've had an accident on the way to work so I really hope that you're getting better and will be ready to join the sunday runs again before long. Get Well Soon!

Kay x
