At Newport (Shropshire) Cycling Club we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving

sessions.

Retention Policy

Personal Identifiable data will only be held whilst you are an existing member of
the club. Upon the renewal date of 1st January should you not re-join then your
data will be automatically deleted from British Cycling within a reasonable time
frame post 1st January.

Registers of Attendance at sessions will be held electronically/paper format and
will be kept during the current financial period for assistance in the audit of the
Club’s annual accounts. Upon completion and disclosure of accounts at the Club’s
AGM, then all registers will be destroyed that relate to that financial period.
Registers only detail your name and do not show contact details.
